Special Project - Portsmouth Community & Social Enterprise Hub.

We are planning to open a Community & Social Enterprise Hub in Portsmouth City Centre.

We are seeking expressions of interest from new (proposed) and existing community & social enterprises that are interested in sharing spaces in the building.

Ground Floor

The Ground floor comprises of a double fronted retail space plus storage and meeting rooms.

We would like to incorporate a Social Enterprise Cafe plus an element of retail such as Vegan or Wholefoods, Craft Goods etc.

First Floor

The first upper floor consists of a number of training rooms which are suitable as incubation space for social enterprises.

There is also a roof terrace.

Second Floor

The second upper floor also consists of training rooms, kitchens and office spaces.

We would like to hear from you if you are interested in sharing space within this Community & Social Enterprise Hub.

Cafe and Retail Spaces

We are especially keen to hear from any groups that might be interested in operating the Ground Floor Cafe and/or the retail spaces.

The Building is next door to the Iceland Supermarket and close to the mainline Railway Station, bus stops and the Park & Ride stop. The Cascades Shopping Centre has an entrance directly opposite.
